Jemmy (I hope that's how you spell your name) is on point the entire movie! Awesome reaction, everyone was so into it, dodging the Mother Alien as it strikes. So glad you got the most from this movie. First movie is more a horror movie this was more action based. (Never noticed the use of water referenced by Cameron!) Pvt. J. Vasquez (Jeanette Vasquez) is played by Jenette Goldstein, she was in T2 as John's foster mother and a couple more of Cameron's films (Titanic). Bill Paxton (Hudson) so memorable and funny, great one liners! Regular version cuts out Ripley's daughter, Newt and her family, colonists, remote automatic guns set up (Running out of ammo). No spoilers but the third movie get more intense but starts to lose the magic. It just tries to continue the Alien story, then the other ideas for other movies.

When the trailer for this movie came out… it blew audience’s fkin minds. I remember being in the theatre and nobody even cared about the movie that we paid to watch, all my friends and I could do was talk about was The Matrix Reloaded and when we could see it. This was 2003, so there was no RUclips. No social media. Seeing a trailer for a film was an experience and always a surprise.

This movie is incredibly iconic in a number of ways. First, it pretty much cemented Ripley as easily in the top five best female action characters ever. Second, it easily influenced and inspired most alien creature feature films between 1987 and the early 2000's. Third, the colonial marines in this film provided the template for military forces in many science fiction films, TV, and video games especially.

The Tales series is such a good creative exercise for storytellers. Being able to tell self-contained yet supplementary character stories in such a short window of time is challenging as heck.

Great reaction but I have to comment on what the dude on the left said about not needing any new Star Wars. I disagree completely, if we already know how a character starts and ends, there’s only so much you can put in the middle before it becomes repetitive and boring. The only issue with new Star Wars is cause they try to either copy what they did before or try stuff that contradicts what was established. I definitely don’t want more stuff in the “skywalker” era since it’s been overly filled with mid-bad stuff.

Episode 6 has elements from the Ashoka novel by E.K Johnston. This is where Ahsoka becomes Fulcrum.

I follow you all for the Star Wars reactions, thank you THANK YOU for including SW in your families reactions! It’s also fun to see how much you all love the franchise and the stories! You’re true fans!! Because I love you guys so much, I just wanted to give a slight critique and observation. On this particular video, it seems that the audio balance between the subject matter and your reactions/the silence between them is off-balance, more so than other videos. It’s sort of an awkward watch because of that, but still, very enjoyable, I just wanted to throw that out there in case you hadn’t noticed. It’s hard to really feel what’s going on in the TV show or movie that you’re watching if the volume is all the way down. It’s not the same experience as being there with you guys and hearing the show simultaneously. That’s a lot of the joy given by watching reaction videos. and as always, just like I tell other reaction, content makers, be a little bit careful, of talking through major, plot points, and upstaging the subject matter! Another reason I love your channel is that most of the time you’re very good at that! But just a little observation, we don’t need quotes from other Star Wars movies every five seconds during the one we’re currently watching, ha ha

Guys I think you should watch "super 30". Its an absolute indian masterpiece with a great story

After this sequel, unfortunately, the franchise took a sharp turn into Crap Valley. Alien 3, Alien 4, then the more recent sequel/prequels (I hate them so much my brain has jettisoned their names) all just suck. 3 is frustrating, 4 is faintly ridiculous, and the recent ones are just dreadful.

7:42 Atmospheric processors that release Carbon/Nitrogen/Methane into the sky that make plant life grow which then releases Oxygen which then lowers Carbon and Methane levels to breathable amounts. 80 percent of what you breath is Nitrogen.... 19 percent Oxygen.... less than 1 percent several other things. Potentially doing this on another planet would take decades if not more like 100-200 years.

Stop in this one, ALL the others are garbage, even the prequels. James Cameron said that he was interested in doing 1 more alien movie, but only If It continues directly after the second one. The others are that bad. All alien fans are waiting for him to finish the avatar movies to see If It is going to happen or not.
